ELPE Writing

2012 ELPE Writing - Class of 2017

As an incoming AFM student, you are strongly encouraged to write the English Language Proficiency Exam (ELPE) during Orientation Week. All University of Waterloo undergraduate students are required to write and pass the ELPE as part of your degree requirement. Students are asked to respond to a question and write 4 to 5 paragraph impromptu essay in 60 minutes.

Be sure to bring with you to the writing of the ELPE:

  • uWaterloo WatCard (Student ID)
  • Pens
  • Pencils

AFM students are scheduled to write the ELPE on Thursday, September 6th at 1:00pm.

The School of Accounting and Finance is the only English speaking professional school of its kind in Canada.
